Check your internet connection and try closing and reopening the app. Beautiful Places needs an internet connection to load the current video catalog and media artwork.

Help with Beautiful Places
Beautiful Places is a quiet media app for videos, photography, stories, poems, and peaceful nature experiences.
A video will not play
Some videos are hosted by YouTube or another media provider. If one video fails, try another video. If YouTube is unavailable in your area or on your device, YouTube-hosted videos may not play.
Photos or stories are missing
Close and reopen the app or refresh the feeds while connected. Offline packs are saved snapshots. Report a problem with a post using Report Post, or email us with the place and post title.
Privacy or location questions
Browsing does not require sign-in or location permission. Sign in to contribute. Location is optional; select a point on the map instead. Public post locations are visible to other people.
Report content or an abusive contributor
Use Report Post or Report This Place in the app. Block Contributor hides that person's posts from your account. You can also email tonyfarley@mac.com with the post title, place, and concern. Please do not send passwords.
Delete your account
Open You in the app, then Delete Account and Contributions and confirm. This permanently removes your account, authored posts, public guides, ratings, and Beautiful Places uploads. Other people's contributions remain. Downloads already saved on devices are separate; remove them under Saved or Guides. Contact us if deletion cannot finish.
