Using Beautiful Places
Beautiful Places is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing, reading, and listening. You may use the website and apps to explore videos, photos, stories, poems, podcast links, and future audio experiences.
Ownership and content
Beautiful Places videos, photographs, stories, poems, artwork, branding, and related materials are owned by their respective creators or rights holders. Unless permission is given, you may not copy, redistribute, sell, or publicly present Beautiful Places media outside the website or app experience.
Community contributions
You must be at least 13 to create an account or contribute. Share nature-related content you own or have permission to share. You keep ownership of your work and give Beautiful Places permission to store, resize, display, and deliver it as part of the service, including user-requested offline packs. Link to original creators rather than uploading their work without permission.
Optional sharing in other Tony Farley experiences
Each post has a separate, optional sharing choice, off by default. Posting in Beautiful Places does not require opting in. If you opt in, you grant Tony Farley non-exclusive permission to store, resize, format, display, and play content you own in that post, credited to your display name, in Beautiful Places for Fire TV, TAGS, Yosemite, and other current or future apps, experiences, and games created by Tony Farley. You keep ownership. These experiences may be free or paid; no payment is promised. This permission does not authorize selling your work separately or reusing someone else's linked content without that rights holder's permission.
You can change your choice on your own post at any time while online. Turning it off stops new cross-app use and removes the post from connected sharing catalogs, without deleting the original Beautiful Places post. Already downloaded or offline copies cannot be recalled immediately. For help removing a previously shared copy, contact tonyfarley@mac.com.
Community safety
No harassment, threats, hate speech, sexually explicit material, graphic violence, exploitation, illegal content, spam, impersonation, or publication of another person's private information. Respect wildlife, private property, and sensitive locations. Do not encourage trespassing or unsafe outdoor activities. Report harmful posts and places in the app, block abusive contributors, or contact tonyfarley@mac.com.
We may hide or remove content and suspend contributing privileges when these rules are violated. To ask about a moderation decision, email us with the post title and place. Posting does not guarantee permanent availability. Existing offline copies may remain after online removal. Account deletion is available in the app under You.
External services
Some content may play through YouTube, Spotify, or another external service. Those services have their own terms and may change how their content is displayed or played. Beautiful Places is not responsible for third-party service availability, policies, or behavior.
No emergency or professional advice
Beautiful Places may include stories about hikes, parks, trails, and natural areas, but it is not a safety guide, navigation system, or professional outdoor instruction service. Always follow official park guidance and current conditions when visiting real places.
Changes and availability
Beautiful Places may add, remove, or update content and features over time. We hope to keep the experience durable and peaceful, but no service can guarantee uninterrupted availability.
